Programming 5 (Fix a corrupted file)

Hi, people.
Every task for programming missions on this site is understandable. Some are more difficult than the others, but this one puzzles me.
I download corrupted.png.bz2 and it's alwasy 1 byte long, and it's always the same.
What I mean - am I missing something and this is by design, or this is some kind of a glitch?
If the answer is - I am missing something then I seriously need a hint what exactly is wrong with my case?

Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue. I remember some time ago it used to be an acutal file.
Has anyone got the file backed up and can upload it?

Thanks but since there's a timer doesn't it mean the file is different for each attempt?
