Bypass the iPhone Passcode no Restoring Software

OK lets ask this in a different way...

Jonathan Zdziarski is better known as the hacker "NerveGas" in the iPhone development community. He has created a set of tools capable of bypassing the iPhone password screen as well as recovering deleted information.

iOS 3.X includes functionality to circumvent the passcode lock and remove the backup password
iOS 4 and 5 includes functionality to brute force the PIN lock, decrypt keychain passwords, decrypt raw disk and datastore files (Mail, app data, etc), and decrypt the backup password

His software looks ideal (Well done Jonathan) but I can't find it anywhere so does anyone know of any SIMILAR software that achieves some of the same results. Something legal, something in development.. or maybe some techniques you have developed yourself?
