i have a simple question....
sometimes when i try to enter a javascript command in my url i just get redirected to google search :/
im confused since i just started learning javascript and dont know much about it. what am i doing wrong? is it because im using google chrome or is a tiny part of my command wrong ? :(
can someone explain ? thx in advance :D

If must be your syntax. With Chrome it should be fine.
Make sure it follows the 'javascript:alert("HEYHEY");' structure.

tsiric17: That's what happened to me sometimes when I copy and paste (I'm too lazy to memorize the commands). What happens is that the computer deletes the "javascript:" from your copied phrase automatically, so you have to type it in again.

yes i know im new to this so i dont know all the commands and the basic structure, and i did copy and paste and kept adding the javascript at the beggining but sometimes it just doesnt work... but anyway whats with the ; sign, do i have to add that at the end of java command ? ive seen it in some places :/

javascript:function(); statement;


Semicolons denote the end of statements in javascript. Learn javascript and javascript syntax for more info. By putting "javascript:" in the browser it tells it to parse the following as javascript code.

Java != Javascript
The glass is neither half-full nor half-empty; it's merely twice as big as it needs to be.

Hey guys, I have good overall computer experience, but I'm new in hacking. Anyway I need help. I finished level 9, and it said I needed to enter a code to access level 10! Any help? Oh while I'm here, what browser is best for this? I'm using Google Chrome right now. Thank you in advance!
