Ok this is my problem: I get to the web page and do my thing to get the html to come up, but when i click it, it doesnt bring it up. It works on the main page but not the basic/1/ page 
I think im going at it the right way....can someone help me?Basic(1)

Try to post in the mission topics. There is a topic specifically for the missions where you can probably find more help.

i know how to use the forums. >.> There was already a basic 1 n the basic forums that is locked.... so i made a new to get some more help..unfortunatly i have found little....i mean no help from a mod.

It BARELY requires HTML knowledge. You have a brain. USE IT.
