Okay, I need to discuss what I did on mission 5 to someone, but I don't want to reveal anything. I think it's set up wrong, I got the password way to easily. Should I PM someone or....?

Hey guys i was wondering if someone could enlighten me, i've just been puzzling over this mission for while.

Turns out i was doing everything correctly but firefox wasn't playing ball.

I assumed firefox was the issue and switched to crome..... Hey presto it worked first time.

Why was this the case?? How come it didn't work in firefox??

Thanks

For me to provide you on details, I need to know how you completed the mission, as there is multiple ways of doing so.
Pm me your details on how you solved it, and I can hopefully enlighten you on why it did not work via Firefox.

Go for it man. You can PM the staff or if a member is willing to help that will work as well. Just make sure before you ask you check to see if the user completed the mission this way you don't risk PM'n any spoilers.

Can someone please explain this mission to me? I did the same thing I did in mission 4 and it gave me the same results... So how is it any different? I don't want the answer but maybe an explanation of what is going on that i didn't see? (If need be i can provide the password so you know i am not pulling one over you)

The previous mission was designed to see if you can code your own webpage to perform what is needed, this mission requires that you use JavaScript injection on the page because coding your own webpage won't work for this one. I'm fairly sure that mission 4 you can also use JS injection, but that's not the point of it. You can also use something like firebug to change the stuff, however that is not the point of either of these missions. Try to perform JS injection to make this one work.

Mission - 5
I get a error from Firefox after inputting the following javascript in the URL, javascipt :alert(document.forms[0].to.value) it states ....The address wasn't understood Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (javascipt) isn't associated with any program. You might need to install other software to open this address. I have editors and i went and added like 5 more javascipt ad-dons to my browser for good measure and i still get the same response. Im sure its a very basic mistake but i cant seem to figure it out any help would be appreciated . thanks

modern browsers are starting to forbid entering javascript into the search bar. On FF, you need to go to Tools > Web Developer > Web Console and enter your code there.
