hi i have made it to get te file list but i got stuck now i don't know where to put the file name's
help please any hints??

With regards to level 8, I followed the hint left by Monica in the first post. So, pretty straight forward. However, I have a question. How was I supposed to know that "Sam" had configured his server to permit SSI?

You don't always know but it gives you tools to use or experiment with.

I've found what we're supposed to given the correct SSI command, yet I've got an odd feeling that I'm messing up when it comes to the "/var/www/hackthissite.org/html/missions/basic/8/" bit. For giggles, I put it into the URL bar and got an entirely unrelated Wiki page on the "Value at Risk" aspect of financial mathematics.

I think I'm missing something that was intended to be apparent, which is how I operate anyways, missing the obvious.

I found the list, yet every single one (when input) gives me the same "This file does not exist" page. Am I doing everything right?

i got the "your on the right track" message but i cant find anything else with unixs i dont get anything and with ssi or ssi and unix i get the "your on the right track but...." could i get a pm or a big hint because i just cant find it

You don't need to be in the directory that a file is in to view said file..
