seems like you really didnt take into account the casual developer/ intermediate programmer.
could you please explain to me what exactly it is about apache that would specifically cause this type of error?
im clueless.

EDIT: I hate to be a dick but im not learning jack shit by reading all of these comments reading articles on htaccess etc. Im just getting really pissed off and getting nowhere. I dont see any pattern at all im just annoyed now.

This isn't so much of a problem anymore as I believe that by default the .htaccess file is hidden. In this case it is not and well... you know what can found in there.

Sam decided to make a music site. Unfortunately he does not understand Apache. This mission is a bit harder than the other basics.

You spent how much time trying to learn? Or was it simply you just got frustrated because something was new and challenging and because you didn't understand immediately you threw your hands up?

Captain Obvious thanks for pointing that out to me.
Yeah I have a job I don't have that much time to dick around I'm trying to learn things quickly ( as I have the ability to do) and this is not conducive to that process.
I really think it would benefit the site to give new users walkthroughs on some of these.

That's what YouTube is for. Now, if you took the time to read through the forums here you would be able to gather everything you need to know to solve this. It may not be the most intuitive mission, but you still might learn something. Maybe not. If you don't think so, you can leave or go try another challenge.

Hey everyone, I'm a new user on this website. I got to level 11 pretty quickly. Everything is just logical. But can someone send me a link that teaches me Apache?
Also, do I need to download anything to finish level 11? Is there anything that I can just enter in the url?

I'm willing to slow down and read anything that you guys think is helpful.
Gratzi.
