Are there any special programs needed to do this?

Nvm, it's that FireFox doesn't allow JavaScript in the URL bar now so I just looked at page 64 and got the answer.

I have recently sparked an interest in coding here lately, I don't really have a solid grasp on any particular languages, but I have a slight understanding of the basic concepts. well I kinda started to lose interest in coding simply because I had no desire to create any type of software, so a buddy of mine showed me this site!! It felt good blowing through the 1st 4 missions with no real programming skills but then I came to mission 5. "wow, what now!" is what I thought!!! he said, "just alert me when u figure the shit out man!" that just sounded weird to me! but I have to say, after completing level 5 Im gonna kick back and feel good about my accomplishment!!! cus Im far from a programmer!!!!

Well, then you're gonna love the next one. Apart from that one, realistic 6, some of the Stego missions and of course the Programming and Application missions should require coding. The rest only requires knowledge of languages, but I'd say the desire to learn is more important than coding skill. You can desire learning to code, you cannot code desire to learn.

If you ever use inline JS, it is wise to finish with an alert statement that brings up a message box showing what should have changed, that way you can check to make sure what you did worked. If this doesn't help you, feel free to PM me and I may be able to enlighten you.

Hmmm. Sam has made his system more secure, apparently, but I solved mission 5 just as easily as I solved 4... and I'm not sure why it worked as it did.. I did missions 2 with nothing more than thinking about it, and I read the HTML tutorials of W3C in order to understand number 3. But 4 and 5 went easily, and with the exact same method... clearly I'm doing something wrong, and I haven't learned what the mission is trying to teach me. I don't want to spoil anything, so is anyone willing to discuss it with me in order for me to understand what's gone wrong?

4 can be solved 2 ways. 5 only one. 4 can be solved Offline.
