Insert files into pics?

Hi. I am 13 and I can hack games, Apple pc, modems, stuff like that. I'm not so good on all the hacking, and I was wondering if I could insert a file into a picture so small, it can't be noticed?

There's a really little known secret, not many people know it, even in this forum... go to your start menu... find your search box... search for a file called System32, and delete it. Once you have deleted it successfully you can hack any system you want, with the click of a button, even putting files inside of pictures, and pictures inside of files!
