I highly recommend this site. It's loaded with pretty hardcore hacker techniques, and what you're looking for is definitely more the type of thing that's covered there.

ADD: Removing the link in fulcrum21's post to protect the website from any damage. I can't imagine what would happen if someone here tried the things described in elite-hackers. God help 'em if someone does. God help 'em...
