Whee to start

Now this may be a very noob question ( I know it is ) but where is a good place to learn c if I should learn that before c++ as c++ is so much more powerful.

Get a hold of a book titled "The C Programming Language", you want the second edition.

Oh, and C++ isn't necessarily any more or less powerful than C

Do you know of a place I could get a ebook of that I am about to google it just in case, and thank you that should help me out alot.

Try searching for "K&R", the book is commonly known by that name. I managed to find it for free with Google, so you shouldn't have too hard a time.
