Re: CSRF blocked

Hopefully this helps out. Thank you mShred, this combined with the practice of the CTF finally made me understand how this thing works. One question still, would accepting more than 1 token (say, 2 previous tokens) only weaken the system or effectively make it useless? You could in theory use two w...

That's even assuming that with hacking you mean the security exploitation kind and not e.g. hardware hacki...

Re: ECTF 14 – A beginner level CTF event

I enjoyed the time spent. The web challenges were pretty freaking intense! I feel embarrassed  I wish one of us had ran Express JS before, we could had torn that first one up in a matter of minutes. The second one, if I would had pushed myself to learn RoR already, we could have completed that...

Yeah, ummm about that
Code: Select all
cp "/IMG_$processID.CR2" "/newLocation"

Re: Selecting Numerical Files In Bash

If you are good with regular expressions, or would like to start learning it on the go. I recommend changing from bash to the zsh shell. It has extremely powerful globing and can make things like this easier. As for the code: #!/bin/bash echo -n 'Start Photo: ' read start echo -n 'End Photo:...
