i feel really dumb but i guess thats cuz i am with computers. how do i do what you said?

hey guys, this is gunna sound really dumb but i was downloading a file and decided to quit downloading it. It's been about four hours now and its still trying to verify the download. no matter how many times i hit quit or cancel it wont quit. What can i do to cancel the download?

I think this is an awesome idea. Im quite a newbie and couldnt exactly help to make the project but I could guarantee that I would visit the website. It sounds awesome

i think hackthissite should provide a list of words or abbreviations that newbies can look up so they can get up to date on some of the hacker "talk." When i first started visiting this website I know i couldnt understand alot of what the other users were saying.

well i originally learned java but im pretty sure you cant hack with that language... and im familiar with c++ but not very good with it... what language is best? or which one do you reccomend?
