Multithreading PHP?

Ive been doing a bit of work with PHP now over the summer, and now as an independent study. The other day when I was browsing the web though, I saw an article where someone came up with a multi-threaded web master tool, by storing each PHP script as an Array Element. Now I know that it would work fo...

Re: Ubuntu or Fedora Core?

I've actually never found software talk boring. I'm actually planning to major in software engineering once I go to College. :D But at anyrate thank you for all the info, and its nice to know that the linux kernel was never based off of Windows. So once I get my new pc I'll put Ubuntu right on there...

Ubuntu or Fedora Core?

I was reading up alot about the flavors in linux becuase that's the OS I want over Windows (for obvious reasons), however I stumble upon ubuntu and Fedora Core and they both sounded great to me. I was wondering really which is better for someone starting off their first Linux/Unix platform? I wanted...

Re: Getting Passed.....

Oh, gotcha now. Well that does really help clear things up. Off hand I don't know how to bypass fire walls or other ways to disable them. But I'll dig around some and let you know via PM what I find (if anything). Hope it turns out well for you.

Re: Getting Passed.....

And just why would you want to bypass someone else's firewall? I don't really see this one ending to well at all. =\

Re: Ways of Learning.

Yeah, I'll definitely agree that it is a bit time consuming to write everything out before writing the code on your computer/laptop. But I do have a feeling that the repetition definitely helps out in learning. Then again, you just have to be sure to write it down right the first few times. ;)

Re: seriale code cracker??

I really don't see the whole thing with script kiddies. Honestly why do you want scripts you have no idea how they actually even work? The least they can do is better their own spelling, grammar/syntax/etc. At least then they might seem remotely intelligent and able of coherent conversation. And I'm...

Ways of Learning.

So, lately I've been doing alot of the Basic missions. (where else would I start?) and realizing that, even though I know my way around HTML, and CSS. There's still alot of things that I missed out on. A bunch of things that I could've used awhile ago to make designing layouts ALOT easier than the w...

Re: Introduce Yourself  Topic is solved

I'm, 17. I'm not the worlds greatest with programming. I can read basic JavaScript and such. HTML I know someowhat better, and CSS more so than that. But that's because for the longest time, I would just sit around designing blog layouts. I really don't have much else to say though.
